Happy Fall, Ya'll!

So today is the first day of fall (my personal favorite season!) and you know what that means......fun fall decor time!!!

I have a few plans up my sleeve and plan to share them hopefully next weekend.  I still don't have any of my craft supplies, but I am compiling tutorials and purchased supplies so I can "hop to it" when I finally get all my stuff back.  So stick around and as always,

Me without my glue gun....

...is like my husband without his camera.

I left my glue gun, glue gun supplies, burlap, crafting supplies, etc. all in the Burgh...and I am paying for it!  I had so many projects in mind and planned out to do this fall and now I have to wait until I can get back up to the Burgh to have my precious supplies returned to me.  And that's not til OCTOBER!  I'm dying!  I refuse to buy another glue gun and pay for yards of burlap when I have some sitting in my mom's house waiting for me to bring it home for some fun projects.  So until then, I am a blog-following fool.  I read almost a dozen blogs each day after work looking for fun projects to do for my own home to spruce it up a bit (and to work on transforming my decor scheme; hubby doesn't know what we're about to get into!).  So, I guess I'm just warning you that my blog isn't going to be very eventful the next couple of weeks.  I apologize in advance.  I'll do a post later on some of my plans for decor transformation in the Fensch household!

Post-Wedding Chop!

I did it.  I chopped it all off.  My hair was at the middle of my back.
See how long I let it get!

And now it brushes my shoulders.  I knew I wanted to cut it all off, but wasn't sure about the style.  Well, I went to a new salon (my other hairdresser is past due for bailing...another story for another time) and she did great!  She gave me great pointers for keeping my hair healthy and how to use my new products efficiently.  So excited!
 How do you like it?!

Dinner time: Chicken Broccoli Bake

Add this to your repertoire, ladies and gents!  It's yummy!

*I used 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you can use however many you need and adjust the recipe to fit.

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Can of broccoli cheese soup
1/3 cup of milk
Box of stuffing (any flavor; I used turkey flavor to shake it up!)
1 1/2 cups of hot water
2 bags of brown rice
Your choice of vegetable side
Some tasty ingredients!

1.  Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Don't forget to turn on the oven!
2.  Defrost your chicken breasts (if needed) and douse with a little bit of seasoning (I used Monterey Chicken Grill Mates; I use it for EVERYTHING!)
3.  Mix the soup with a 1/3 cup of milk in a bowl.  Set aside.
4.  Mix your stuffing in a pot with 1 1/2 cups of hot water.  Make sure it's nice and hot!
5.  Place breasts in glass dish.  Pour soup mix over breasts.  Then add mixed stuffing on top of that.
All ready to bake it up!
6.  Throw it in the oven for roughly 30-40 minutes and PRESTO!
7.  As your breasts are baking, make your rice.
8.  Serve the breasts over the rice and add your favorite side!  We love our green beans!
Our favorite!

Yummy!

Try it!  Let me know how you like it!
